Dear Mr. Kamlesh, If you want to increase your contribution in PF then you can contribute by way of Voluntary PF. In this case, what ever amount you are contributing in VPF, in that case your employer will not add his own contribution. This is the simple way to increase you PF contribution. For start your VPF, contact to your account or payroll department and give your self declaration about VPF. in VPF you can contribute amount till 100% of your basic plus DA amount.
